Sharon Teitlebaum Executive and Career Coach

Sharon Teitelbaum’s coaching expertise derives from a combination of comprehensive and ongoing coach training, professional experience in corporate and academic settings, and two decades of coaching experience. She has coached hundreds of professionals and entrepreneurs in various stages of their careers. Her coaching practice has included clients across a wide range of industries — biotech, medicine, marketing, finance, software, engineering, high-tech, consulting, professional services, academia, government, small business, and the non-profit world. As a coach, Sharon helps leaders and others accelerate and deepen their learning, thrive in an environment of rapid change, and support their organizations to do the same. A coach since 1995, she was among the first coaches certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF), the professional organization for coaches, and since 2006 has been credentialed as a Master Certified Coach (MCC), the highest level awarded by the ICF. Her book, Getting Unstuck Without Coming Unglued: Restoring Work-Life Balance, is a compendium of strategies and tactics for staying balanced and focused in a demanding, speeded-up world. Prior to coaching, Sharon was a trainer in higher education and in the corporate world, and also spent a decade as a database developer and systems analyst.
